Refrigeration fuel supply
TFV 150 MONO

APPLICATION AND POSITIONING
The Zenride Optimizer is installed in the TFV 150 Mono refrigeration unit's fuel supply on the low-pressure side. The unit is positioned after the fuel filter and before the low-pressure pump supplying the Mitsubishi diesel engine.

CORRECT INSTALLATION
- On the low-pressure side after the fuel filter
- Horizontal and secured in a separate bracket
- Flow direction towards the engine
DO NOT INSTALL
- On the high-pressure side of the fuel system
- In the fuel return line
- Suspended directly from the fuel hoses
IMPORTANT: The illustration shows the installation principle. Final positioning, pressure, hoses and fittings must be approved for the specific unit.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
- Identify the refrigeration unit's diesel tank, pre-filter, main filter and low-pressure pump.
- Confirm fuel pressure, hose dimensions, engine variant and suitable connections.
- Install the Optimizer after the fuel filter, with flow directed towards the engine.
- Secure the unit in a separate bracket and protect it from vibration, heat and moving parts.
- Use diesel-resistant hoses, fittings and seals approved for the temperature and feed pressure.
- Bleed the system, check for leaks and test-run the refrigeration unit.
- Check fuel pressure, stable engine operation and any fault codes after the test run.
TECHNICAL CONFIRMATION BEFORE INSTALLATION
- The specific TFV 150 model and Mitsubishi engine variant must be identified.
- The installation must not alter or limit the refrigeration unit's original safety functions.
- Manufacturer warranty and service requirements, including any written approval, must be clarified.
