Fuel Molecular Optimization

As the fuel passes through our Zenride Optimizer, the molecular clusters of hydrocarbons are partially broken down and rearranged.

Effect: The fuel is atomized into finer droplets during injection, enabling a more homogeneous air–fuel mixture.

More Complete Combustion

A finer spray pattern and improved mixing with intake air lead to more complete oxidation of hydrocarbons.

Effect: Reduced formation of CO, HC, particulate matter (PM), and lower NOx levels under specific load conditions.

Improved Thermal Efficiency

With less unburned fuel and a cleaner combustion chamber, the same power output is achieved with a smaller amount of fuel.

Effect: Documented reductions in fuel consumption up to 40% in controlled European tests.

Reduced Deposits and Component Stress

Incomplete combustion normally causes carbon deposits on injectors, valves, turbochargers, and the DPF.

Zenride Optimizer is developed in full compliance with current EU standards for fuel handling, safety and environmental protection. The device is classified as a fuel treatment system, not as an engine component, because it does not change the engine's construction, software or emission control.

This means that Zenride Optimizer:
• requires no type approval or vehicle re-registration,

• can be installed freely by authorized workshops without affecting the manufacturer's warranty,

• follows CE standards for electrical and mechanical equipment,

• supports EU goals for reducing CO₂ and particle emissions in existing diesel engines.

Zenride Optimizer is insured by Topdanmark with product liability coverage of approximately €1.3 million.

Therefore, this is a tested, legal and insurance-approved product.
